Supporting Information

The contents and message of this website are based upon the Book of John, the 4th Gospel found in the Bible. The Apostle John used the Greek verb (PISTEUO) translated in modern language as (BELIEVE) 98 times in his gospel as the sole condition God places on an individual for salvation. This word is defined as an active and continual trust in Christ for eternal life and not mere intellectual agreement with who Jesus was as a historical figure. Christ is the risen Son of God and the only one who can give another person eternal life. Essentially, when you believe (trust) in Jesus for eternal life you are depositing your eternal welfare into His hands, and He personally promises He will save and forgive you forever.

Here are just a few of many other verses from the Book of John that support the decision you have just made to trust in Jesus as your only source for eternal life.

John 1:12 - But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who BELIEVE (TRUST) in His name.

John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that whoever BELIEVES (TRUSTS) in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.

John 3:36 - He who BELIEVES (TRUSTS) in the Son has eternal life.

John 6:40 – For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and BELIEVES (TRUSTS) in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.

John 11:25 – Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life, he who BELIEVES (TRUSTS) in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die."
